1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Because many of our products are shipped directly from our authorized fulfillment centers, our return and refund process follows strict guidelines to ensure fair handling for both sides.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We offer returns and refunds only under the specific conditions listed below:

You may request a refund or replacement if:

Item arrived damaged or broken
- Must provide photos/videos within 7 days of delivery.

Item is defective or not working properly
- Must provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Wrong item received
- Must provide unboxing pictures and product photos.

Package lost in transit
- If the order does not arrive within 45 days, we will issue a refund or resend.
❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund
Refund or return is NOT accepted if:
- You changed your mind after the product arrived
- You entered the wrong address while placing the order
- Delivery failed because the customer did not pick up the package
- Minor packaging damage (box slightly squished, etc.)
- Price changes or personal preference
- Customer wants a refund but refuses to provide photos/videos
This protects you from customers who misuse return policies.
3. Return Requirements
If a return is approved, the product must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all accessories included
- Returned within 15 days after return approval
Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.
(This is dropshipping-friendly and protects your profit.)
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Accessories such as cables, chargers, earbuds
- Personal care items
- Discounted/clearance items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days
- Bank posting time may vary
7. Missing or Lost Packages
We will issue a refund or replacement ONLY if:
- Tracking shows no movement for 20+ days in the U.S.
- Package shows delivered to the wrong address (carrier proof required)
- Package lost completely
If tracking shows “Delivered”, we cannot refund unless the carrier confirms the loss.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges for size/color preference are not accepted.

- Photos or videos as proof
Requests without proof cannot be processed — this protects you from fraud.
