Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship most products directly from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers.
Delivery time within the United States typically takes:

This applies to the majority of our products.
3. Extended Shipping Items
Some specialty or high-demand items may require additional time due to stock availability or fulfillment constraints.
For these items, estimated delivery may take:

Note:
We only use this shipping window for select items that require additional handling time.
We do NOT disclose sourcing or logistics locations to customers for security and operational reasons.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s system.
If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow some time — this is normal during carrier processing.
5. Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
- Lost items caused by incorrect address entry
- Delivery failures where the customer does not pick up the package
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.
6. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Peak holiday seasons
- Unexpected logistic issues
These circumstances are outside our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
A package is considered lost if:
- There is no tracking update for 20+ days, OR
- The carrier confirms the item was lost in transit
If tracking shows "Delivered", we cannot issue a refund unless the carrier verifies the package was misdelivered.
8. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may occasionally ship separately.
If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
There is no additional cost for split shipments.
9. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier rates.
We sometimes offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for updates.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours after placement.
After processing begins, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
